As a focused, high energy, goal-driven professional, Juliet Steele has a unique ability to build relationships, trust, and rapport with her enthusiastic and motivating personality. Juliet’s first HR client describes her as, “The real HR deal, her passion, and wit transcend to all employees”.
Juliet has over 20+ years’ experience in Human Resources earning her B.A. degree in Business Administration at Croydon College in London, England. Throughout her experience in Human Resources, Juliet has provided HR support in various industries ranging from Corporate, Sales and Financial, International Manufacturing/Warehousing Conglomerate, Information Technology, Customer Service Support, Logistics/Transportation, and Manufacturing. Juliet’s passion for HR has provided her with vast contacts and knowledge in Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, Recruiting, and all the daily nuances of HR. Juliet has earned the reputation for her excellent work ethic as many have recognized her dependability, commitment, dedication, and record for attacking challenges.
Away from work, Juliet is a Notary Public and donates her time to one of her passions, organizations that assist disadvantaged women and children. Another passion is football, Juliet is an avid NFL Philadelphia Eagles fan…Go Eagles! Juliet has three children, two daughters who have post degrees in Human Resources and a fur-baby Midnight, a miniature Schnauzer dog. Her family describes her as a genuine, generous, firm, and tireless family vacation planner… always there to uplift our spirits with her laughter and glass half full personality.
